• Decide what kind of side event you want to host: coffee chat ☕, physical activity 🏃, workshop 🛠️, picnic 🧺, dinner 🍽️, drinks 🍹, etc.
• Select a date and time. Your event should be on either September 16th or 18th.
• For inspiration, check out the side events already happening and our list of recommended venues and activities.

📍Step 2: Select a Venue

• Choose a venue from our list of recommendations, or pick one that suits your event.
• If necessary, book the venue in advance.

• Set up your event on Luma: Create Event

📮 Step 4: Submit Your Side Event

• Complete the Typeform to add your event to The Drop Side Events calendar. 🗓️

📢 Step 5: Spread the Word

• Your event is now visible to hundreds of eyes! 👀
